The Telangana Police Housing Corporation ltd., was formed on 11/08/2015 out of demerger from its parental organization formed in 1971 viz., AP Police Housing Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad, as a consequence of AP Re-Organization Act 2014.
The Telangana Police Housing Corporation Ltd., shall strive to create structurally sound, user convenient and aesthetically designed buildings and related infrastructure leading to enhanced image of the Corporation and utmost satisfaction of the user occupants of our buildings.
